He/she will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-end operations including course administration, retail sales, training and managing a team of customer service executives.
The candidate should possess minimum 5 years experience as a trainer or in managing a customer service team. 1st class spoken English and Mandarin with high organizational and administrative capabilities is a must. The candidate should desire to work in a retail environment, serving customers during retail working hours. Locals, PRs and foreigners may apply.
