JOB REQUIREMENT / RESPONSIBILITIES
High Speed Precision Stamping Industry QC Inspector Role at Joo Koon area (Beside MRT station)
- Perform daily inspection job as designated by supervisor/department
- Perform in-process inspection and report abnormality/raise Non-Conformance Reports when applicable
- Perform incoming/outgoing inspection
- Compile and maintain all quality inspection reports
- Maintain proper 5S in the assigned area daily
- Adhere to ISO practices
- Be a team player with morning/night shift rotations and follow shift and OT schedule as planned by supervisor/department
EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Flexible with relations to work experience
KEY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
- Experience with inspection equipment, Example: OGP Smartscope, Toolmaker Scope, Microscope, Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Indicator
- Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Excel
