- Work with the client to understand their needs and the activities expected to grow the business
- Proficient at reading data: Understanding what the data means for their market and using the data results to develop well thought out strategies.
- Meet the client’s expectations: Address the sales and marketing strategies that best utilise time for the market and successfully grow revenue.
- Inspire the local team to work proactively and efficiently on their portfolios
The ideal candidate will think outside the box and bring a fresh perspective to the team; Someone who will be excited to provide ideas and build strategies to support the team. It is expected that the Senior Sales Manager will lead the team by example, growing their own portfolio of accounts with mostly face to face interactions with sales visits, product demonstrations, partner events, tradeshows and exhibitions.
