Job Description
- Maintain full sets of accounts and full spectrum of accounting duties
- Liaise with operation staff on daily accounting and administrative issues
- Follow up on AR collections
- Handle bank reconciliations, monitor cashflow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of monthly financial reports and schedules
- Prepare quarterly GST returns
- Resolve any system/operational issues
- Liaise with banks, auditors and tax agents
- Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requisites
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in handling full set of accounts
- Meticulous and detailed with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Take initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good command in both English and Chinese in order to liase with Chinese speaking associates
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to start immediately
