Role
As a Clinic Assistant in a pediatric clinic specialising in special needs children, you will be the first point of contact for telephone, email, in-person, WhatsApp, and any other communication channel adopted.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and meet people coming and direct them to appropriate areas
- Efficient handling of call inquiries and providing general information of services.
- Screen telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and any other communication method adopted, record and relay messages
- Administer registration, take referrals, schedule appointments, and maintain efficient appointments time slots and package sessions
- Generate and calculate invoice, record, collect payment, and issuance of receipts on time
- Handle changes in billing, refunds, and credits.
- Handle closing, settlement, and payment collection
- Support operation functions as and when needed
- Monitor general hygiene and cleanliness
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirement
- Fresh diploma holders
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 2 years’ working experience in administration, customer service and/or receptionist role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to speak mandarin to mandarin speaking parents
- Positive working attitude and customer centric mindset
- Customer service mindset
- Meticulous and organised with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Hard working and keen to learn
- Must be willing to commit to work on Saturdays
