- Conduct workshops and lead discussions with customers for business requirements
- Perform feasibility study and fit/gap analysis on the requirements
- Liaise with subject matter experts/technical team for the design of solutions
- Perform system configuration and run the unit testing
- Able to coordinate and organize systems integration testing with external parties
- Coordinate and assist the customers during user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate and assist in the reporting of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Work with technical team to resolve issue/bug fixes
- Conduct user training session
- Support UAT & PRD deployment
- Documentation of material required for deliverable (Functional Specification, Test Plan, Test Scripts, Training Material etc.)
- Assist in project management activities by supporting the Project Manager
- Mentor and guide new or junior colleagues
- Perform Ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above.
Requirements
- Preferably prior business analyst or consulting working experience
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering.
- Candidates should be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, internal teams and external vendors
- An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and detail oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
