Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of Production Activities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate and monitor the workflow on the production floor, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that products meet established specifications.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety on the production floor.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing best practices in production operations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategies for enhancing productivity and reducing waste.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with production management software and quality control methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
