Job Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive individual to lead IT initiatives and ensure operational excellence for airport systems. The role involves managing the analysis, implementation, and operation of IT solutions and services within the airport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather user requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to propose solutions and define key performance metrics.
- Ensure projects meet technical, functional, and business requirements through effective project and change management.
- Oversee 24/7 operations, maintenance, and compliance of airport IT systems, adhering to industry best practices.
- Continuously review and improve IT and business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience.
- ITSM and IT Project Management certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of Networking, System Administration, and Cyber Security is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Team player with problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated attitude.
