Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers and other subject matter experts with extensive industry experiences. You will help our clients solve their complex business issues and be the catalyst to help shape a new governance and risk paradigm and identify areas of potential performance improvement. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the configuration, development, support and maintenance of Integrated Risk Management Solution (“IRMS”) (e.g. ServiceNow, Diligent, Workiva) to support risk management, control assessments, audit management and compliance processes
- Gather detailed technical and functional requirements
- Configure IRMS based on technical and functional requirements using SDLC concepts and agile methodology
- Design and build systems integrations through various methods (Web services, LDAP, SQL)
- Design and develop solutions to include modifications to the applications, forms, flow, workflows, reports and any other configuration required
- Provide troubleshooting of application problems, implementing bug fixes and performing root cause analysis
About you:
- Minimum BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, Math or in other business-related fields.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Risk & Compliance) / Archer Certified Administrator or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecting and deploying IRMS, with a strong knowledge of data model and relationships
- Experience administering an IRMS instance including group roles, permissions, modifications for business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies.
