What You'll Do:
- Handle daily sales order processing, including taking orders via phone.
- Assist with all incoming inquiries (phone, email, fax, and walk-ins).
- Manage sales orders, prepare delivery orders, and issue invoices.
- Help prepare and label packing materials.
- Address customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Support your team with additional tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive Attitude: A friendly and proactive approach to work.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in Mandarin (for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Minimum Education: PSLE or equivalent.
