Position: HR Executive
- Working Days: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Location: Paya Lebar Square
- Salary: S$3,300.00 - S$4,000.00
Job Purpose
The person in this position is responsible for managing and executing human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures that the organization's HR policies are effectively implemented, supports staff development, and fosters a positive work environment to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource
- Familiar with Employment Act
- Have working experience in Construction Industry
- Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments
- Able to start work immediately
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of HR operations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, work pass application and selection. Oversee employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance on setting performance goals and track employee progress.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. Regularly update policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management.
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation plans. Handle inquiries related to salary, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and absences to ensure proper workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare and present regular HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to senior management to support decision-making.
- Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and initiatives that promote work-life balance and job satisfaction.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
