HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Process payroll and manage attendance records.
  • Claims Management: Handle staff claims and related inquiries.
  • Work Pass Management: Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring government compliance.
  • Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • CPF Contributions: Submit CPF contributions in compliance with government regulations.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance review processes and provide guidance to managers on employee development.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
