Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Payroll & Attendance: Process payroll and manage attendance records.
- Claims Management: Handle staff claims and related inquiries.
- Work Pass Management: Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring government compliance.
- Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- CPF Contributions: Submit CPF contributions in compliance with government regulations.
- Performance Management: Implement performance review processes and provide guidance to managers on employee development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
- Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
