Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the daily construction activities on site to meet project progress, safety and quality goals.
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environment regulations.
- Manage and supervise direct workers and sub-contractors to ensure project completion within budget and timeframe
- Workforce planning for in-house workers
- Coordinate with consultants, RE/RTO and in-house technical team to resolve onsite discrepancies
- Foresee the construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues.
- Attend subcontractors and client progress meeting
- Manage and plan site’s materials and equipment delivery and storage so as to ensure proper and economical use.
