Job Description
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and traditional Japanese drinks
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, including checking the inventory, managing glassware, and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor bar supplies and assist with restocking liquor, garnishes, and bar tools as needed.
- Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen crew to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of drinks and food.
- Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines for the handling of food and beverages.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a bar or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of drinks, including cocktails, sake, and traditional Japanese beverages is a plus.
- Friendly, positive, and approachable with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Able to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
