ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Junior Level)
- Location: Bukit Merah (8 mins walk from Redhill MRT)
Job Summary:-
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills & strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:-
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process uniform orders and issue of delivery orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and update data records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with administrative tasks not limited to, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support the smooth functioning of the Human Resource & Administrative department.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Meticulous and detail orientated and a team-player
- 5 days’ work week in office
