We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Operations Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of our studio and help us maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all venues and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and ready for use.
- Regularly inspect and arrange repairs or replacements to maintain high service standards.
- Manage class and client bookings to prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients about their appointments and schedule changes.
- Interact with clients to understand their fitness goals and help plan customized exercise schedules.
- Provide a personalized, client-focused experience that reflects MSMC’s commitment to innovation and wellness.
- Assist the Director in coaching sessions, providing additional support to clients during lessons.
- Learn and apply MSMC’s unique fitness routines and methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in operations or facility management, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in managing schedules and resources.
- Interest or background in fitness, health, or wellness will be an advantage.
