- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.00am to 5.15pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): up to $2,200 (basic salary) + AWS

Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Quality Control (QC) Department. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records to ensure smooth operations within the QC team.
- Manage and organize all QC documents, including inspection reports, compliance records, and audit files.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of QC data both digitally and physically.
- Update and maintain records in the QC management system.
- Assist with entering quality data, tracking trends, and generating QC reports.
- Monitor and report on product quality standards and non-compliance incidents.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative support, preferably in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
