Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead marketing initiatives, business development opportunities, and new market entry plans, including analysis, budget setting, and timelines.
- Build and leverage in-depth market knowledge, including understanding new product development, market size and potential, key competitors, and consumption patterns.
- Engage in negotiations related to pricing, customer specifications, and promotional activities to meet client needs.
- Represent the brand at local and global trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude and determination to excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and responsively across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in presentation, with a strong command of both English and Mandarin (to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking associates).
- Prior experience in Business Development, particularly within FMCG, F&B, or Hospitality, is an advantage and will ease the learning curve for this role.
- This position involves travel to assigned territories to build market presence and engage with customers.
