Job Description:
- Provide backfill support to assigned accounts for network operation needs when activated.
- Perform network operation duties such as responding to incident tickets, performing health checks, performing change requests and support key activities.
- Validate and perform inventory updates.
- Liaise with TAC support for troubleshooting of cases and liaise for part replacements.
- Update of documentation.
- Must be flexible and open to support a few customer accounts.
- May be required to work non office hours (such as after regular office hours or weekends) to support customer’s activities.
- Hands on technical experience in troubleshooting and updating network firmware patches is mandatory.
- Identify areas of improvement in operations and work together with the Service delivery manager for improvement initiatives.
- Python and ansible scripting experience/ knowledge is an advantage.
- Minimally CCNA certified with 4 years of enterprise level 2 working experience.
