Contract Period: From 1 Dec 2024 – 30 Nov 2025. (With option to extend till 30 Nov 2026)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 8am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service maybe required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
The roles and responsibilities of the Operations Executive will be as follows:
(a) Assist Operations Manager to manage daily operations on site.
(b) Assist Operations Manager to plan manpower for operations.
(c) Assist Operations Manager in minor repair work.
(d) Identify faults to ensure school is safe and building is properly maintained.
(e) To accompany, monitor and supervise contractors when in school for repairs/maintenance
(f) Security control at the school foyer in the even of event.
(g) Support all school operations and OM/AM and School Leaders
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• A meticulous individual who is able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
• A polytechnic diploma, preferably in Facilities Management-related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience;
• Those without a diploma and with relevant experience may also apply
• An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
