We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Key Project Management APAC to lead the identification and execution of high-priority projects that will drive business growth and profitability.
Job Description
- Strengthen KPM in the region with increased project penetration and development of cross-selling opportunities and grow with greater success and profitability.
- Analyze existing and future planned key projects with regards to their potential per target market and cross selling potential.
- Direct and control all Key Project activities, including the setting of sales plans, objectives, and the development of future strategies. This includes the analysis of competitive products and selling techniques, setting sales budgets/objectives, and developing pricing strategies.
- Provide technical advice and support on solution proposal, product presentations to customer and site support during mock-up trials & troubleshooting.
- Prepare Training manuals will be developed for all Main Market Segments which will provide a guide for major opportunity identification and estimation. Product overviews will provide direction on how best to get products from source to customer.
Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree in civil / Mining Engineering, or related field.
- More than 10 years in underground and infrastructure construction, in customer facing roles.
- Ability to identify market opportunities, develop and implement strategies.
- Experience in leading virtual teams.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
- Science or engineering background essential.
- Knowledge of product application and interactions in civil projects.
- Relevant industry marketing experience.
- Broad knowledge and experience in construction methodologies utilized for infrastructure projects.
- Strong internal and external relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to act as a change manager/agent in a diverse team
