Our client is a medical devices & diagnostics MNC, seeking for a Regional Finance Business Partner to join their team, reporting directly to the Manager. This role holds full financial management responsibility across the region and serves as a critical advisor in achieving business performance goals. The Finance Business Partner will oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, pricing analysis, and monthly financial reporting, alongside working capital management and ad hoc analyses. This role also ensures control and compliance in collaboration with their accounting team overseas. They are seeking for a talent with a solid understanding of financial operations and strategic insights to drive success across the region.
The Role
As a key member of the finance team, you will collaborate with the commercial team to drive the development of strategic, multi-year financial plans, addressing market landscape and capital requirements. You will also create and implement short-term operational plans, including budgets and forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Asia Pacific region. You will ensure that financial and business plans include measurable initiatives and support aligned strategies. Additionally, you will establish frameworks for managing investments, resource allocation, and performance metrics. In this role, you will provide financial modeling, analysis, and valuation support for acquisitions, long-term contracts, and other projects, as well as drive performance monitoring to meet objectives. With a focus on profitability and growth, you will support pricing strategies, manage control and compliance initiatives, oversee accounting and audit activities, and ensure effective working capital management. Other ad hoc projects may also arise to support overall business goals.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will thrive in a results-driven environment focused on revenue growth and profitability, acting as a hands-on change agent who skillfully manages role requirements while respecting the culture and strengths of newly acquired businesses. Success in this role requires collaboration, a commitment to continuous improvement, and clear communication at all organizational levels. The candidate should bring over 5 years of experience in operations management or as a finance business partner, with proven abilities in strategic thinking, analysis, and commercial acumen. Experience in multinational settings within similar medical devices & diagnostics industry is essential. Strong communication skills are required, along with an in-depth understanding of the Asia Pacific region and the flexibility to travel across Asia Pacific as needed.
