Responsibilities
· Contract preparation for sessional academic staff
· Payment for sessional staff.
· Assist in the recruitment of sessional Staff.
· Assist in the on-boarding/orientation process for full-time/sessional staff.
· Maintain an up to date register/database of sessional lecturers/tutors/supervisors.
· Provide support and assistance on relevant statutory compliance requirements.
· Implementation of the full range of general HR administration.
Key selection criteria
· Relevant tertiary qualifications
· Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
· Contract preparation and payroll experience mandatory
· Relevant education industry experience with high degree of detailed and repetitive work advantageous
· Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
· Mature, trustworthy, discreet and confidence inspiring
· Able to multitask and deliver results within a set timeframe
· High initiative and energy levels
