Location: Dhoby Ghaut
Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon – Fri)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Extendable)
Responsibilities:
- Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquires and post-sales support.
- Manage incoming enquires via general enquires mailbox and phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document.
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
