Responsibilities:
Pre-arrival
- Support and execute activities with the new student airport pick-up and accommodation support services
- Maintain database to track service statuses and engagement rates
Orientation
- Support and execute activities within the new student orientation weeks
- Support and work with various stakeholders such as JCU staff and external vendors to ensure a smooth orientation process
- Maintain database to track engagement rates
Student Clubs
- Support and execute activities for the student clubs such as providing its members support with planning events and activities
Gym
- Support and execute activities for the gym space upkeep and membership applications
Privilege Program
- Support and execute activities for the privilege program including working with external organizations to bring privileges and benefits for students such as discounts at retail stores and food and beverage outlets
Essential Skills Required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in events management
- Passion for working with youth
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the education industry
Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
