Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Multimedia Designer to join our team, responsible for producing visually engaging digital content across platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to craft cohesive multimedia assets that drive engagement, including graphics and videos. Your work will reflect our brand’s identity, resonate with target audiences, and push the creative envelope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality multimedia assets, including graphics and videos, for both digital and print media.
- Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate on creative concepts and translate ideas into visually engaging, brand-consistent materials for both online and offline touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the objectives in the creative brief.
- Platform Optimization: Adapt and optimize content for various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), maximizing visual impact and user engagement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals and designs align with brand guidelines, reinforcing brand recognition across all channels.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept through to final deliverables, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards upheld.
- Innovation: Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating relevant updates into creative workflows to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Open to fresh graduates with relevant skills, though prior experience in digital design or agency work is a plus.
- Experience in creating content for digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is advantageous.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Knowledge of 2D motion graphics softwares.
- Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of design principles and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Creativity and Innovation: Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a passion for pushing the boundaries in digital content.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail, particularly when adapting content for various platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in video editing and production.
- Ability to create showreels, multimedia presentations, or interactive content.
