Responsibilities
- Preparation of comprehensive tender documents, detailed bill of quantities, and the development of the project's overall budget.
- Assessment and compilation of monthly progress claims.
- Conducting cost analysis and cost control throughout the project.
- Evaluating and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Building / Construction or Quantity Surveying
- Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Good communication skills
- Independent & responsible for the construction project assigned
- Resourceful & maintain good relationship with sub-contractors
Other:
- Working Day: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)
- Working Hour: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur) 8.00am to 5.00pm (Fri) 8.00am to 12.00pm (Sat)
- Work Location: 24/26 Tuas Avenue 2
- Transport Provided near Choa Chu Kang MRT & Boon Lay MRT
