- Develop and manage annual marketing budget and expenditure.
- Plan and implement new product and service launches and brand updates annually.
- Strategise and collaborate with various landlords and corporate partners to increase awareness.
- Prepare monthly report to update internal stakeholders on effectiveness of marketing and advertising efforts, budget utilization, competitive field insights and on-going work progress status.
- Source and manage advertising platforms, external agencies, business partners and ensure marketing strategy and tactical campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Produce PR communications to support product/service launches and employee branding.
- Build rapport with press and media houses to secure PR opportunities.
- Assist in conceptualizing and implementation of promotions.
- Work closely with external agency to develop and oversee all digital content creation.
- Plan and determine design and copytext style for all collateral and publicity material.
- Maintain website and execute social media advertising strategies to increase awareness of ongoing promotions.
- Plan and manage email marketing strategy for CRM purposes.
- Plan and organize promotional activities through events and campaigns, including sourcing sponsorship and promotional items.
- Plan visual display for deliberate campaigns to enhance store image and encourage footfall into the stores.
- Oversee product forecast to ensure monthly sales and promotion logistics.
- Conduct periodic on-site checks to ensure that all outlets abide by branding guidelines.
What does it take to be an Assistant Marketing Manager
- Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess excellent leadership skills, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
