Responsibility:
- Friendly and good customer service to patients in clinics and answering calls
- Appointment scheduling & registration of patients using clinic computer software, accepting payment and invoice
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic at all times
- Provide assistance to company events (when necessary)
- Any other ad-hoc tasks required in clinic
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Requirement:
- Min 1 year of relevant receptionist experience preferred but experience is not necessary (internal training provided)
- Singaporean
- Bilingual to communicate with chinese speaking patients
- Service-oriented, confident and passionate to work in the healthcare industry
- Team Player, able to interact with patients of all ages
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to be proactive when issues arise
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks
Others:
- $10-$12/hour
- Working hours 10am to 8pm, 2x meal breaks
- 2-4 Working Days / Week
- Must be able to commit to 1 weekend
