Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025. (With option to extend till 31 Dec 2026)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Management and update of the school and HBL website*
2. School event photography and videography, including ICT services for school programmes and events*
3. Management and update of e-Broadcast materials
4. School event multimedia editor
5. Assist with management of ICT inventory
6. Assist in management of provisioning and deployment of ICT equipment and services required for teaching & learning, school events and programmes
7. Assist with PA and AV management for school programmes/events

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications and skills, and at least 1 year relevant experience in school or ICT-related environment.
Qualifications:
• At least an ‘A’ level graduate; or
• At least a diploma holder in one of the local polytechnics; or
• At least an ITE graduate (or that of Higher Nitec)
Skills:
• Basic video editing (any suitable tool / software)
• Well-versed in MS Office
• Well-versed in GSuite and Adobe CS
• Able to edit website
• Able to record videos for events
• Able to take photographs using a DSLR
• Basic operating of analog mixer
