Working days:Monday to weekend(11AM-3PM, 6PM-11PM)6 days
Rest day:Rotated (Monday to weekends)
Location:Near by Chinatown Mrt
Responsibilities:
-skilled in Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, kushiyaki, Agemono, yakimono, oden)
-some experience in Chuka-Ryori and yoshoku
-very good time management, able to multitask
-initiative and proactive in developing or revamping dishes
-responsible for the cost and performance of the Menu
Requirements:
-setting up Japanese station
-preparation work for lunch & dinner
-operation work
-closing Japanese station
