Location: Tampines
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9.15 am to 4.45 pm; Every Saturday: 9.15 am to 12.15 pm
Duration: Asap till end Mar 2025
- To be based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
- Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions
- Crowd control, ensure safe-entry and any other duties that may be required from time to time
- Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling.
- Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N level
- Requires to stand throughout the working hours
