Job Description:
- Assist the Lead Planner and / Project Services Lead in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and schedules in alignment with project key dates and milestone.
- Schedule Management: Support the Lead Planner in monitoring project progress against established schedules, identifying potential delays, risks, and manpower resource histogram.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions and mitigation strategies to optimize project timelines.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish task list necessary for the planned roll up values that will be loaded for the Primavera Scheduling software for schedule network analysis.
- Collect, compile, and analyse project data and performance metrics to support decisionmaking and facilitate accurate reporting on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Establishing of productivity norms based on earned value measured against actual output.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with project manager, engineering teams, procurement buyers / expeditor to coordinate resource allocation and utilization, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to support project activities, work front and timelines.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and planning standards.
- Provide accurate compilation for the weekly and monthly reports project deliverables.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas FPSO projects
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Proficiency in developing detailed construction schedules, plans, and timelines.
- Experience in coordinating and managing multiple contributary owners (Eng, Proc, SubCon etc) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Proficiency in tracking project progress, preparing progress measurement and reports, and adjusting the plan as necessary.
