Job Description
- Leading & mentoring a team to follow procedures, providing advice & supervision.
- Responsible for effective project implementation, resource planning within time & cost.
- Prepare & submit progress reports, budget & safety reports.
- Ensure all works carred out meet company's quality standards & requiements.
- Ensure engineers and supervisors meet client & regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Environmental, Safety & Health standards are carried out at all times.
- Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all poject matters.
- Report directly to Managing Director
Job Requirements
- Minimum degree from a local university
- Related building certificates from an academy
- At least 3 years of BTO (Build-To-Order) experience
- Ability to coordinate precast elements
- Capability to work independently
- Proficiency in tracking and monitoring project progress
- Understanding of CAD & BIM files
