Job Description
- Report to Project Manager.
- Do schedule, monthly claims and report.
- Coordinate with client (owner), consultants and subcon on the nature of the works.
- Conduct / liaising of meetings to all parties.
- Coordinate / supervise / managing the nature of works based on project plan.
- Ensure Safety Health Environment implementation of works.
- Other jobs as requested by Management
- Able to work independently & report to site PM
- Able to do shop drawings with minimum supervision
Requirements
- Minimum 4years experience in HDB/LTA/CONDO Projects
- Degree in Architecture or other equivalent
- Have knowledge in local practices and other architectural trades
