Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels.
- Ensure timely case closure by coordinating with service partners and internal teams.
- Monitor client KPIs and collaborate with stakeholders to address performance gaps.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment pickups.
- Extract data (historical sales, inventory, orders, pricing) to prepare buying spreadsheets.
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring supplier delivery performance is met.
- Maintain SKU pricing data and related information.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
