Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the IT operations within the organization, ensuring timely and efficient support to enhance staff satisfaction.
Assist with helpdesk tasks as needed.
Coordinate, plan, and manage IT services and activities to ensure smooth operations aligned with business objectives.
Ensure successful project and change management, delivering solutions that meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to propose and implement technical solutions, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations for successful project outcomes.
Ensure adherence to enterprise technology practices and project management standards, maintaining quality and consistency.
Monitor key project milestones, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet objectives and deadlines.
Oversee IT asset management, inventory, and documentation to ensure accurate records and efficient processes.
Facilitate communication across the organization on project scope, budget, risks, and resources to promote transparency and collaboration.
Manage IT procurement, including obtaining quotes, entering procurement details, and ensuring efficient workflows.
Prepare, consolidate, and review reports and documentation to support project tracking, decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall IT operations and projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
At least 3 years of experience in IT service delivery or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft products.
Knowledge in Networking, System Administration, cloud-based infrastructure, and Cybersecurity is a plus.
Experience with IT auditing is an advantage.
A team player who can work independently and handle pressure effectively.
Resourceful, proactive, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced changes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
