Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assistance to clients.
- Manage reception tasks, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Assist with new client setups and exit activities to ensure a seamless transition.
- Provide secretarial support, including document preparation and filing.
- Other ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team and operations.
Requirement:
- ITE/Diploma
- 2 years working experience in reception/Concierge work.
