Job Description:
- Develop long and short term plan, process and procedure in alignment with entities directives.
- Integrate BU and CM to achieve better work cooperation.
- Responsible for the Profit and Loss of Projects in operational areas
- Responsible for giving overall direction and goals of projects to project teams
- Assist Managing Director with group budget, cost control and meeting financial goals.
- Monitor and assist to implement and maintain group quality program.
- Monitor and assist to implement and maintain group safety program.
- Assist Managing Director to monitor departments to implement effective and strategic organization structure, operational policies and procedure to support the delivery of business result.
- Develop and direct group operational strategy and communication.
- Management of human and material resources to meet project and department demands
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering/Business Administration or Management
- PMP or similar project management qualification
- At least 10 years in management role in construction / installation company
- Preferred with working experience in Semiconductor or High-Tech industries
