Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in secretarial and administrative support.
- Act as a contact person between the client and the hotel in the absence of Director of Sales & Marketing, Assistant Director of Sales, Sales Team.
- Ensure all correspondences are effectively copied to all relevant departments and regional offices and traces dates effectively followed up.
- Handle telephone calls to take messages, new enquiries, check room availability.
- Ensure all leads are answered to and proposals are followed up with 8 hours.
- Be accountable for all targets and goals set for area of responsibility.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & Powerpoint.
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
- A team player & builder.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
