Job Responsibilities:

· Provide day-to-day leadership and management to Msia and Singapore HR and Admin teams.

· Foster a performance-based, success-oriented, accountable environment within the HR and Admin teams

· Monitor and track all recruitment efforts in Msia and Singapore for updates to Senior Management. Spearhead linkups with relevant institutes to facilitate recruitment of alumni or internship/Work-Study study program arrangements. Function as the main point of contact with recruitment agencies for employment of workers.

· Function as the main point of contact for any formal interaction with government bodies, e.g., represent the Group’s subsidiaries for MOM inquiries or investigations, if necessary.

· Supervise Admin teams to ensure the event calendar runs smoothly and on time. Supervise, guide, and assist Admin teams for more complex projects such as rental/purchase of office premises.

· Foster smooth working relationships between HR & Admin teams and the various Businesses and Departments within Nordic Group. Act as liaison between teams wherever necessary.

· Understand organizational strategic objectives and be able to articulate these into measurable initiatives, and processes and communicate these effectively to ensure clarity, understanding, and internalization across the organization.

· Independently liaise with vendors for initiatives for the benefit of the Group, put up concise and detailed summaries and recommendations for the CFO and Executive Chairman’s decision.

· Lead internal investigations when necessary and report findings to relevant Senior Management team members.

· Any other duties assigned by the Group CFO and Executive Chairman.


Job Requirements

· Strong leadership and collaborative skills (at least 2 years experience in a leadership role)

· Has ability, interest, and experience in coaching teams for continuous improvement and growth

· Able and comfortable to make presentations (verbal and written) to Chairman, CFO, CEOs

· Must be an effective communications bridge between senior management and executives of the back office

· Must be able to identify and handle sensitive matters tactfully and discreetly

· Fluent in written and spoken English
