Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Institute’s corporate and social events by planning and overseeing the end-to-end execution in virtual, physical and hybrid settings
- Preparation and management of events’/projects’ operating budget, vendors and procurement process
- Follow up on sponsorship leads and assist in monitoring accounts/entitlements
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as part of events planning and management, which includes logistical arrangements, giving inputs and suggestions while ensuring event requirements are met and live event execution.
- Manage and support events/projects led by the department to ensure timely and effective progress
- Support team members’ events/projects to meet targets
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management or related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in related field
- Familiar with virtual platforms such as Zoom and Teams
- Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive work attitude
- Able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Able to multi-task and willing to take on new projects
- Able to work individually as well as a team player
