The Role
This position will be part of the team to enhance shoppers’ experiences through good customer service at VivoCity.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing mall concierge services.
- Attending to shoppers’ queries.
- Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.
- Processing the sale of Mapletree shopping vouchers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N’ Level.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
