Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Corrective Maintenance works/activities through the following (but not limited to):
- Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensure in working condition at all times.
- Perform Routine and Corrective Maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
- Working as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime and achieve business KPI.
- Collate reports and checklist of PM works for billing purpose and CM works report for filing.
- Prepare/updates service checklist.
- Monitor of spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system. Monitor of EOL/EOS of equipment installed
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
- Support Contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list)
- Assist A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle
- Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- ITE /Diploma in Engineering discipline preferably, in Electrical / IT industry, those with other engineering experiences are also welcome
- At least 2 years of working experience in Maintenance industry, specifically in Physical Security System market with hands-on experience in CCTV / Access Control.
- Knowledge in Security /Server System / Network equipment an added advantage.
- Able to be on standby or on shift/rotation to attend on-site 24 hours emergency service.
- Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all level.
- The ability to work quickly and under pressure. Good problem-solving skills needed.
