Summary and Benefits

  • Service Crew: $2,200 - $2,900
  • Restuarant Supervisor: $3,000 - $3,500
  • Location: Raffles City Shopping Centre
  • 5 days, 44 hours per week

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Restaurant Supervisor

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant activities and operations.
  • Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
  • Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
  • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Standard service duties

Service Crew

  • Provides smooth and efficient service at the Restaurant ensuring that standards are always met.
  • Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences.
  • Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests.
  • Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay.
  • Be familiar with and have good knowledge of the Outlet’s Menu
  • Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies.
  • Clears and resets counters or tables.
  • Ensures all glasses are well polished.
  • Assists in stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record.
  • Standard service duties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B service field.
  • Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred.
  • Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
  • Must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
