Responsibilities:
* Manage all HR administration process.
* Handle recruitment process. Shortlist potential candidates and arrange for interview sessions.
* Administer work pass applications & renewals.
* Maintain leave and medical claim records.
* Responsible for payroll processing.
* Have a good understanding of HR practices in accordance to legislative requirements (Eg, CPF, IRAS & FWL, MOM) for Singapore.
* In charge of company's insurance matters such as renewal and claims.
* Handle issuing and manage inventory of uniforms and name tags.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource/Business Management/Public Communication. Relevant professional certificate in related areas will be considered.
- At least 5 years of working experience as HR generalist role.
- Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Possess good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Proper time management skills with the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Able to converse in basic Mandarin to communicate with non-English speaking staffs
- F & B industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in managing Info-Tech Cloud HR System.
