Responsibilities:
- Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule
- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
- Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
- Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience M&E Services (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, Fire Protection) in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of M&E specifications & requirements, especially in ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services.
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
