Job Summary
The Training Executive will be responsible for organizing and conducting various training programs including orientations and on-the-job training for employees. The executive will also provide support to operational management in areas related to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety.
Job Responsibility
- Liaise with HQ on corporate training courses, training matters and updating of training matrix
- Arrange monthly training schedule and co-ordinate with managers on the participant attendance
- Conduct orientation programmes, On-the-Job training and internal audits for new hires
- Conduct classroom and assessment for in-house trainings including annual refresher training
- Prepare material and powerpoint slides for bi-monthly toolbox briefing
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of training records in system and files
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly training or ad-hoc reports
- Undertake any duties/projects as assigned by the Superior
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, and those with relevant trainer certificate such ACTA/ACLP certification will be an added advantage
- Experience in training administration
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff from different levels
- Ability to work on weekends and shifts when required
