MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Functions & Summary:
Assist the maintenance team in carrying preventive and breakdown maintenance for facility maintenance services.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily rectification and repair work in the facility such as leak, choke, lightings issue, air condition, Audio Visual and sound system, kitchen equipment, painting, etc.
- Respond to service call form other department personnel relating to maintenance issue to ensure prompt action and trouble shoot breakdowns and defects.
- Work closely with contractors to manage day to day operations.
- Ensure all facilities maintenance works are carried out with the least disruption to the business operations with appropriate with appropriate safety measures.
- Understand and abide to risk assessments.
- Maintain and ensure minimum supplies of technical equipment for prompt service delivery at all times.
- Keeping a record of all the day to day maintenance and service activities taken in the facility.
- Respond to all fire safety and emergency situations.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
