Job Scope:
• Scheduling school tours for parents
• Manage key administrative functions such as data entry, enrolment management, fees collection, procurement, petty cash management
• Handle enquiries regarding about our programmes
• Assist with day-to-day operations duties
• Counter duties such as collecting of school fees, issue invoices and receipts.
• Assist in morning health check

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘O’ level with 1 year of administrative experience
• Enjoys dealing and interacting with people, especially young children
• Organized and meticulous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong in written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
